Livingston County Arrests 1-17 to 1-20

The following arrests were reported by the Livingston County Jail.

Bethany R. Burash, 27, of Streator was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for applicability of common law – contempt of court/civil judgement.

Sebastian Carlile, 32, of Streator was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s police for defacing identification marks of firearm, methamphetamine possession, unlawful use or possession of weapon by felon or person in custody of DOC facility, unlawful possession of firearms and firearm ammunition, armed habitual criminal, delivery/possess with intent to deliver meth and possession of controlled substance.

Tonya E. Durbala, 32, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for domestic battery.

Annette Essman, 33, of Streator was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for unlawful use or possession of weapon by felon or person in custody of DOC facility, methamphetamine possession, unlawful possession of firearms and firearms ammunition, possession of controlled substance, delivery/possess with intent to deliver meth and defacing identification marks of firearm.

Emmett G. Hall, 19, of St. Louis was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for possession of cannabis – more than 10g but less than 30g and possession of a controlled substance.

Tyler Martell, 24, of Bloomington was arrested by Pontiac Police for DUI – under the influence of alcohol and DUI – alcohol concentration in blood or breath 0.08 or more.

Aethan Obrien, 18, of St. Louis was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for possession of a controlled substance.
