Livingston County Arrests 10-1

The following arrests were announced by the Livingston County Jail in Pontiac.

Joshua W. Cooper, 36, of Streator was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for domestic battery.

Megan Friant, 35, of Pontiac was arrested for domestic battery.
