Livingston County Arrests 10-4 to 10-6

The following arrests were reported by the Livingston County Jail in Pontiac.

Eric Rodriguez, 33, of Joliet was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for DUI under the influence of alcohol, speeding, improper lane usage, operating without insurance and DUI – alcohol concentration in blood or breath 0.08 or more.

Johnathon Shupe, 34, of Romeoville was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for DUI license suspended or revoked, DUI – under the influence of alcohol, DUI – alcohol concentration in blood or breath 0.08 or more, driving while driver’s license, permit or privilege to operate motor vehicle is suspended or revoked and violation of ignition interlock device.

Marcus Weddel, 44, of Pontiac was arrested by Fairbury Police for criminal damage to property and criminal trespass to residence.

Marcus Weddell, 44, of Pontiac was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for domestic battery/bodily harm.
