Livingston County Arrests 11-27 to 12-1

The following arrests were reported by the Livingston County Jail in Pontiac.

Franny Castro Mercado, 35, of Pontiac was arrested by Pontiac Police for driving – never issued a license.

Benjamin Davis, 38, of Dwight was arrested by Dwight Police for resisting or obstructing an officer and battery.

Michelle Dunlap, 49, of Pontiac was arrested by Pontiac Police for DUI – under the influence of alcohol, DUI – alcohol concentration in blood or breath 0.08 or more, operating without insurance and disobeying a stop sign.

Daniel Graterol-Briceno, 28, of Pontiac was arrested by Pontiac Police for operating a motor vehicle with no valid license, permit or restricted driving permit.

Richard Graterol-Medina, 18, of Pontiac was arrested by Pontiac Police for driving – never issued a license.

Alexis Guzman, 20, of Chicago was arrested by State Police for speeding over statutory limit, illegal purchase, acceptance or possession of alcohol by a minor, possession of adult use cannabis in motor vehicle outside approved container – driver and DUI under the combined influence alcohol, other drugs, intoxicating compounds.

Payton McBride, 23, of Forrest was arrested by Fairbury Police for DUI – under the influence of alcohol and DUI – alcohol concentration in blood or breath 0.08 or more.

Garrett Moore, 24, of Rantoul was arrested by Fairbury police for child pornography and indecent solicitation of a child.

Trevor Robison, 27, of Campus was arrested by Pontiac Police for DUI – alcohol concentration in blood or breath 0.08 or more and DUI – under the influence of alcohol.

Charles Rogers, 65, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for burglary of a building, criminal damage to property and possession of burglary tools.

Bret Scherer, 31, of Fairbury was arrested by Pontiac Police for assault.

Garyn Sondgeroth, 25, of Dwight was arrested by Dwight Police for domestic battery.

Charles Verduzco, 52, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for fail to appear, testify or produce documents in inquiry, investigation or hearing.
