Livingston County Arrests 2-20 to 2-23

The following arrest was reported by the Livingston County Jail in Pontiac.

Kyle Missel, 39, of Streator was arrested by Pontiac Police for theft – obtains/exerts unauthorized control over property of the owner less than $500.
