Livingston County Arrests 2-24 to 2-25

The following arrests were reported by the Livingston County Jail in Pontiac.

Justin Bennett, 21, of Pontiac was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for aggravated criminal sexual abuse – victim is 13-16 years of age and offender is at least five years older than victim.

Jeremiah Embry, 34, of Pontiac was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Police for delivery of a controlled substance, casual delivery of cannabis and possess with intent to manufacture/deliver controlled substance.

Desiderio Longoria Jr., 39, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for domestic battery.

Jacob Murphy, 26, of Streator was arrested by Streator Police for fail to appear, testify or produce documents in inquiry, investigation or hearing.

Chad Steffens, 44, of Pontiac was arrested by Pontiac Police for theft – obtains/exerts unauthorized control over property of the owner less than $500.
