Woodford Co. makes solicitation, exploitation arrest

Woodford County Sheriff’s Police have announced the arrest of a Galesburg man who reportedly utilized social media to send graphic images to an individual he was told was a 16-year-old.

The Sheriff’s Department, with assistance from Galesburg Police, executed an arrested warrant for Justin N. Felles, 41, at his residence. He was arrested for sexual exploitation of a child, indecent solicitation of a child, distribution of harmful material and grooming.

Woodford County Sheriff’s Police remind the public all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
